From Boston:
Follow Rt 128 to 24 South to Rt 138 towards Newport. Rt 138 runs through Portsmouth and Middletown. Take a left onto 138A South(Aquidneck Ave) across form Dunkin Donuts and follow signs to Newport Beaches . Pass the beach and travel up Memorial Blvd taking your second right onto Eustis Ave. Proceed down Eustis approximately 3/4 mile. At the crosswalk, take a right onto Loyola Terrace. Reed Rose Cottage is the first house on the left.

From Providence / Green Airport:
Follow 95 South to Route 4 (left exit). Follow signs to the Newport Bridge 138 East. Take the second exit after the bridge. Jai Alai with be across the street at the end of the exit ramp. Take a left at this light and proceed up the hill through two traffic lights. Take the first right after the Sunoco station onto Freeborn St. At the second stop sign take a right onto Bliss Rd.Take a left at the next stop sign which is Eustis. Loyola Terrace is the second left off Eustis. Reed Rose Cottage is the first house on the left.

From New York:
Follow 95 North to Route 138 East. Follow sign to the Newport Bridge (approx. 40 mins)Continue by following the directions as if coming from Providence / Green Airport. Reed Rose Cottage is the first cottage on your left #8.

Upon your arrival, please pull in the driveway and park. Please ring the bell or call the cottage on your cell phone. Please note the pool area is secured area with a keyed entry for your safety and security. The pool is for reed Rose Cottage guest only.
